We launched Catamaran Land Capital to unlock the hidden potential of land. Throughout my 20-year real estate career, I have led efforts to build the tallest building in Virginia, sell an 800,000 square foot military-focused shopping district, and develop hundreds of multi-family homes from the ground up. During that time, I was a part of creating opportunities for landowners in 11 states.

My career as a corporate officer and executive leader in the multifamily and commercial real estate industry has formalized my experience in market selection, strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, design, entitlement, financing, construction, and disposition of multifamily, affordable housing, mixed-use, and retail assets. I have a track record of delivering exceptional P&L performance with more than $850M of project transactions in key Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states.

I am excited to be working side-by-side with Kris on the operational front of Catamaran Land Capital to help landowners discover the value in their underutilized land. With a background in marketing and business, I have spent most of my career as an entrepreneur working alongside clients to identify practical solutions for their businesses. With a strong focus on process and customer satisfaction, I will be working behind the scenes at Catamaran Land Capital to ensure doing business with our family is a seamless and enjoyable transaction.
Most importantly, we are dedicated parents to our three young kids. We enjoy traveling as a family and staying active in sports.
